PAYMENT FSA/HSA cards, credit cards, cash, or check accepted at the time of service. - If you have out-of-network physical therapy benefits, you may be able to submit a superbill (receipt) to your insurance company for reimbursement. - I do NOT participate with Medicare or any Medicare Advantage plan, therefore I can only provide dry needling & wellness services for Medicare beneficiaries.
